It is the philosophy of the Concho Physical Education Department that a healthy body and mind go hand-in-hand.  Students will have the chance to learn to perform appropriate motor skills for their age group. Students are encouraged to develop healthy habits for a healthy lifestyle. These habits should lend themselves to skills needed for recreational activities and team sports.
